01When can I download Aloe?+
Aloe is currently in development and not yet publicly available. Sign up for early access at aloeai.app — we’ll write when it’s your turn. iOS and Android are both planned.
02Is Aloe a replacement for medical advice?+
No. Aloe is a personal pattern-detection tool, not a clinical product. If something you’re seeing in the app concerns you, talk to a doctor or registered dietitian.
03What happens to my health data?+
Your data belongs to you. You can request a full export or permanent deletion at any time by writing to privacy@studioeastgate.com. We don’t sell data, and we don’t use individual user data to train third-party models.
04I found a bug. Where do I report it?+
Email support@studioeastgate.com with as much detail as you can — device, OS version, what you did, what you expected, what happened. Screenshots help.
05I’m a journalist / partner / investor. How do I get in touch?+
