  • 01When can I download Aloe?+

    Aloe is currently in development and not yet publicly available. Sign up for early access at aloeai.app — we’ll write when it’s your turn. iOS and Android are both planned.

  • 02Is Aloe a replacement for medical advice?+

    No. Aloe is a personal pattern-detection tool, not a clinical product. If something you’re seeing in the app concerns you, talk to a doctor or registered dietitian.

  • 03What happens to my health data?+

    Your data belongs to you. You can request a full export or permanent deletion at any time by writing to privacy@studioeastgate.com. We don’t sell data, and we don’t use individual user data to train third-party models.

  • 04I found a bug. Where do I report it?+

    Email support@studioeastgate.com with as much detail as you can — device, OS version, what you did, what you expected, what happened. Screenshots help.

  • 05I’m a journalist / partner / investor. How do I get in touch?+

    press@studioeastgate.com for media, hello@studioeastgate.com for everything else. We read everything; we reply to most things.

Across every Studio Eastgate product: you can export your data, delete your account, and walk away cleanly. We design assuming you might. It keeps us honest.

  • Full export — all your data, in a format you can read.
  • Deletion — permanent, including derived patterns and embeddings.
  • No sale of data. Ever. We’ll close the company first.
  • Sub-processors disclosed in our privacy policy on request.
